Why your Epic Deals invoice says ReCommerce SA
Epic Deals is a brand of Tech Revival (Pty) Ltd. ReCommerce SA (Pty) Ltd is the registered second-hand goods dealer that works with it, so its name is the one on the paperwork.
When you buy from Epic Deals
ReCommerce SA is the registered second-hand goods dealer and the seller on your invoice. That is why your tax invoice, your proof of payment and your bank statement show ReCommerce SA and not "Epic Deals".
The shop, your warranty, delivery and support are all Epic Deals at epicdeals.co.za. Quote your order number and we will find it straight away.
When you sell to Epic Deals
ReCommerce SA is the registered second-hand goods dealer, so it is the company that buys your item and pays you, whether that is a phone, a laptop, a watch or an appliance.
A registered dealer must keep records of what it buys and who it buys from. That is why we ask for your ID and the item's serial number, and why the payment into your account comes from ReCommerce SA.
